据介绍，港珠澳大桥开通初期便吸引了全国各地旅客前来“圆梦”，出入境旅客异常火爆，港珠澳大桥珠海口岸客流呈现超预期翻倍增长趋势，开通不足2周，日客流量就突破5万人次。2019年春节期间，客流再次大幅增长，日均客流达8万人次，单日客流量更是创下11.3万人次的最高纪录。
